On February 25, 2026, the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal (Kyiv, Ukraine) confirmed the legality of activities of the Public Association “ALLATRA International Public Movement,” establishing the absence of any statutory grounds for its prohibition and forced liquidation.

ALLATRA International Public Movement (ALLATRA IPM) affirms its commitment to the principles of transparency, scientific rigor, and the rule of law. While we respect freedom of speech and the work of journalists, we consider dissemination of false information that damages our organization's reputation and misleads the public to be unacceptable.

On February 2, 2026, the National Police of Ukraine issued an official procedural decision recognizing ALLATRA International Public Movement as an injured legal entity in criminal proceedings.

The ALLATRA International Public Movement is an open community founded on the principles of voluntary participation, self-governance, and personal responsibility. The Movement maintains no official registry of participants and does not interfere with or dictate the personal political, religious, or other beliefs of individuals who consider themselves part of our community.

The ALLATRA International Public Movement unequivocally condemns the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, which began in 2014 with the temporary occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and escalated into a full-scale invasion in 2022.
