On February 25, 2026, the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal (Kyiv, Ukraine) confirmed the legality of activities of the Public Association “ALLATRA International Public Movement,” establishing the absence of any statutory grounds for its prohibition and forced liquidation.

ALLATRA International Public Movement (ALLATRA IPM) affirms its commitment to the principles of transparency, scientific rigor, and the rule of law. While we respect freedom of speech and the work of journalists, we consider dissemination of false information that damages our organization's reputation and misleads the public to be unacceptable.

On February 2, 2026, the National Police of Ukraine issued an official procedural decision recognizing ALLATRA International Public Movement as an injured legal entity in criminal proceedings.

התנועה החברתית הבינלאומית "ALLATRA" היא קהילה פתוחה המבוססת על עקרונות ההתנדבות, ניהול עצמי ואחריות אישית. התנועה אינה מנהלת מרשם רשמי של המשתתפים, ואינה מתערבת או מכתיבה את דעותיהם הפוליטיות, הדתיות או האישיות של אנשים הרואים עצמם חלק ממנה.

התנועה החברתית הבינלאומית "ALLATRA" מגנה באופן נחרץ את התוקפנות המזוינת של הפדרציה הרוסית נגד אוקראינה, שהחלה בשנת 2014 עם הכיבוש הזמני של הרפובליקה האוטונומית של חצי האי קרים וחלקים ממחוזות דונצק ולוהנסק, ואשר הסלים לפלישה כוללת בשנת 2022.
