The National Police of Ukraine has officially recognized ALLATRA IPM as the injured party in criminal proceedings concerning the obstruction of its lawful activities

On February 2, 2026, the National Police of Ukraine issued an official procedural decision recognizing ALLATRA International Public Movement as an injured legal entity in criminal proceedings.

During the pretrial investigation, it was established that unlawful acts had been committed against the organization, which are classified as obstruction of the lawful activities of a non-governmental organization (Article 170 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The investigative authorities confirmed that criminal actions violated the interests and rights of the public association: “During the pretrial investigation, it has been established that criminal actions violated the interests and rights of the non-governmental organization “Public Association ‘ALLATRA International Public Movement’.”

Representatives of ALLATRA IPM have declared their readiness to provide comprehensive assistance to investigators in order to restore justice and hold perpetrators accountable according to the law.
