Analytische Übersicht über die Tätigkeit der internationalen Bewegung ALLATRA

Einführung

Sehr geehrte Kolleginnen und Kollegen, meine Damen und Herren, liebe Freunde,

heute möchte ich mich mit einer wichtigen Botschaft an Sie wenden. Ich bin zutiefst davon überzeugt, dass sie genau jetzt verkündet werden muss. Ich möchte meine Beobachtungen und Schlussfolgerungen über ein Phänomen mit Ihnen teilen, das meiner festen Überzeugung nach nicht nur von großer Bedeutung ist, sondern entscheidend für unsere gemeinsame Zukunft. Es sind Überlegungen über die größte Herausforderung unserer Zeit  und darüber, wie die Menschheit bereits begonnen hat, auf diese Herausforderung auf tiefster zivilgesellschaftlicher Ebene zu reagieren. 

Als jemand, dessen Leben  nach  dem Willen des Allmächtigen einem einzigen Ziel gewidmet ist: dem Aufbau von Brücken, hatte ich über Jahrzehnte humanitärer und diplomatischer Arbeit die Ehre, mitzuerleben, wie die unbezwingbaren Mauern durch die Kraft aufrichtigen Dialogs fielen und wie die tiefsten Klüfte überwunden wurden, nicht durch Einzelleistungen, sondern durch das gemeinsame Engagement von Vertretern verschiedener Gemeinschaften.

Im Laufe der Jahre war ich Zeuge zahlreicher Krisen, Umbrüche und Phasen akuter Turbulenz, die die Geschichte der internationalen Beziehungen geprägt haben. Und doch kann ich mit voller Überzeugung sagen: Die Herausforderungen, vor denen wir heute stehen – in ihrer Tiefe, ihrem Ausmaß und ihrer systemischen Natur – haben in der modernen Geschichtsschreibung kein direktes Pendant. Wir leben in einer Zeit des Wandels, dessen Ausmaß und Zusammenhang die Menschheit vor Herausforderungen von völlig neuer Komplexität stellt.

Die Polykrise, mit der die Menschheit heute konfrontiert ist

Wir sind Zeugen einer Zeit, in der sich vor unseren Augen eine kaskadenartige systemische Polykrise entfaltet: Klimatische, geodynamische, ökologische und soziale Katastrophen treten miteinander in Resonanz, verstärken sich gegenseitig und schaffen eine akute existentielle Bedrohung. Gestatten Sie mir, die vier zentralen Herausforderungen, die diese globale Krise prägen, etwas näher zu erläutern.

Erste Herausforderung. Die klimatische Instabilität. Wir sehen das mit eigenen Augen: Rekordtemperaturen, verheerende Dürren, plötzliche großflächige Überschwemmungen, extreme Waldbrände von nie dagewesener Intensität und anomale Wetterphänomene in Regionen, in denen sie nie zuvor aufgetreten waren. Diese katastrophalen Ereignisse treten immer häufiger auf, richten immer größere Schäden an und werden zunehmend unvorhersehbar. Sie übersteigen historische Normen ebenso wie die Rahmen heutiger Prognosemodelle.

Zweite Herausforderung. Die geodynamische Aktivität. Die Zahl seismischer und vulkanischer Ereignisse nimmt zu. Diese Prozesse finden nicht isoliert statt, sie sind mit den klimatischen Veränderungen  verbunden und schaffen neue, unvorhersehbare Bedrohungen für die Infrastruktur und das Leben der Menschen. 

Bezeichnend ist, dass wir derzeit Erdbeben mit zunehmender Stärke und Häufigkeit erleben. Das jüngste Erdbeben vor der Küste Kamtschatkas, das eine Stärke von 8,8 erreichte, traf glücklicherweise ein wenig besiedeltes Gebiet und führte nicht zu katastrophalen Folgen. Dennoch muss uns bewusst sein, dass ein solches Erdbeben in einem anderen geografischen Gebiet, zum Beispiel vor der Küste Japans, Folgen von ähnlichem oder sogar größerem Ausmaß als die Tragödie von 2011 hätte haben können. Angesichts der Tatsache, dass dieses seismische Ereignis laut Daten nur den Beginn eines sich verstärkenden Prozesses darstellt, ist es naheliegend zu erwarten, dass ähnliche oder sogar noch stärkere Ereignisse folgen könnten – mit viel größeren Zerstörungen.

Dritte Herausforderung. Zerstörung der Ökosysteme. Die Verschmutzung,  darunter auch durch unsichtbare, aber allgegenwärtige Nanoplastikpartikel zerstört Ökosysteme von innen heraus. Sie wirken wie ein langsames, aber unaufhaltsames Gift, das die Gesundheit unseres Planeten und all seiner Bewohner, einschließlich der Menschen, gefährdet.

Vierte Herausforderung. Die soziale Verwundbarkeit. Das Ergebnis der ersten drei Krisen sind zunehmendes menschliches Leid, Angst um die Zukunft, Konflikte und Vertrauenserosion auf allen Ebenen. Wenn selbst die wirtschaftlich am weitesten entwickelten Nationen feststellen müssen, dass ihre Bevölkerung und Infrastruktur gegenüber zunehmenden Naturkatastrophen: Überschwemmungen, Tornados, extremer Hitze, Dürre und Waldbränden – sehr verwundbar sind, wird umso deutlicher, wie verheerend solche Kataklysmen für die am wenigsten geschützten Gemeinschaften sind. Die Zahl der von Naturkatastrophen betroffenen Menschen steigt jedes Jahr rapide an. Hinter den trockenen, zunehmenden statistischen Zahlen verbergen sich zerstörte Leben, ruinierte Schicksale und ausgelöschte Hoffnungen.

Diese Polykrise ist nicht bloß die Summe einzelner Probleme. Sie ist ein System, in dem sich alle Elemente gegenseitig verstärken und einen kaskadenförmigen, lawinenartigen Effekt erzeugen. Und hier stehen wir als Zivilisation vor einem grundlegenden systemischen Versagen angesichts unserer Reaktion. Ich möchte drei zentrale Probleme hervorheben.

Das erste ist das Problem der Geschwindigkeit. Traditionelle Mechanismen der internationalen Zusammenarbeit und Entscheidungsfindung können mit der zunehmenden Beschleunigung der entstehenden Bedrohungen nicht Schritt halten. Vereinbarungen und Maßnahmen, selbst mit vollem Einsatz der Vereinten Nationen und einzelner Staaten, führen nicht zu wesentlichen Veränderungen – die negativen Entwicklungen nehmen weiterhin zu.

Das zweite Problem ist die Fragmentierung des Wissens. Die Wissenschaft, unser wichtigstes Instrument der Erkenntnis, ist zersplittert und in eng spezialisierte Disziplinen unterteilt. Ein Geophysiker, ein Klimatologe, ein Vulkanologe, ein Ökologe und ein Soziologe arbeiten voneinander getrennt. Das fördert das, was man als paradigmatische Blindheit bezeichnet – wenn Experten unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen nicht über ihren eigenen Bereich hinausblicken. Jeder sieht nur sein eigenes Puzzlestück und kann sich kein Gesamtbild der Zusammenhänge machen. Wir übersehen die entscheidenden „Faktoren X“ – jene unbekannten äußeren Einflüsse, die inzwischen eine ausschlaggebende Rolle spielen und deren Existenz führende Experten bereits anerkennen.

Das dritte Problem ist die Kluft zwischen der Wissenschaft, der Gesellschaft  und der Politik. Komplexe wissenschaftliche Daten erreichen die Gesellschaft nicht in einer Form, die für Menschen verständlich ist. Menschen erleben, wie ihre Häuser von Überschwemmungen verschlungen werden, Ernten durch Dürre vernichtet werden, ganze Regionen von Waldbränden ausgelöscht werden, Infrastruktur zusammenbricht, Notfall-Systeme versagen und Hitze tödlich wird. Die Krisen eskalieren weiter ohne sichtbare Lösungen. Verantwortliche Behörden und Institutionen handeln unter wachsendem Druck, verfügen jedoch weder über ein vollständiges Bild noch über wirksame Anpassungsmechanismen, sodass sie oft zu spät oder fragmentarisch reagieren.

Dieses systemische Versagen, geprägt von paradigmatischer Blindheit, Fragmentierung und geringer Anpassungsfähigkeit der Institutionen,  macht die Entwicklung rechtzeitiger und effektiver Lösungen nahezu unmöglich.

Folglich wächst in der globalen Gemeinschaft das Bedürfnis, nicht nach oberflächlichen Maßnahmen oder vorübergehenden Reaktionen, sondern nach einer ganzheitlichen, umfassenden Antwort auf das Geschehen, die eine sichere und berechenbare Zukunft auf diesem Planeten gewährleisten kann. Die Menschen warten nicht auf Parolen, sondern auf eine umfassende Analyse der Ursachen von Krisen und vor allem auf wirksame, tragfähige Lösungen. Die Menschen sehen Zerstörung und Leid und stellen berechtigte Fragen: "Wo sind die Lösungen? Wer wird sich unserer gemeinsamen Herausforderung stellen?“

Gerade als Antwort auf diese akute und lebenswichtige Anfrage nach einem  ganzheitlichen Verständnis, schnellem Handeln und echter Zusammenarbeit  ist das einzigartige Phänomen entstanden, über das ich heute sprechen möchte.

In historischen Momenten wie diesen, wenn die notwendige Antwort nicht mit der erforderlichen Geschwindigkeit und Vollständigkeit aus den etablierten institutionellen Strukturen hervorgeht, beginnt die Gesellschaft selbst – ihr bürgerschaftliches Bewusstsein – diese Antwort zu formen. Dies ist ein natürlicher und konstruktiver Impuls zum Überleben. Wir erleben, wie weltweit die Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation erwacht, getragen von einem tiefen Verantwortungsgefühl für die Zukunft.

Die eindrucksvollste und beständigste Erscheinungsform dieses Prozesses ist die Internationale Gesellschaftliche Bewegung ALLATRA – ein lebendiges, wachsendes Zeugnis dafür, wie die globale Zivilgesellschaft Initiativen hervorbringen kann, die den Herausforderungen unserer Zeit gerecht werden. ALLATRA ist nicht einfach eine Organisation unter vielen. Sie entstand als direkte Reaktion auf genau jene systemischen Lücken, die in der einen oder anderen Form die gesamte Menschheit heute betreffen und die ich gerade erläutert habe:

• Auf die Fragmentierung des Wissens: ALLATRA vereint Wissenschaftler und Experten aus verschiedenen Fachrichtungen - Geologen, Klimatologen, Ökologen, Physiker, Chemiker, Mediziner und viele weitere Fachleute - für vertiefte Forschungen auf Basis von Datenintegration und der Erstellung eines ganzheitlichen Bildes globaler Risiken und deren Lösungen.
• Auf die Kluft zwischen Wissenschaft und Gesellschaft: Zahlreiche Freiwillige von ALLATRA vermitteln  den Menschen auf der ganzen Welt komplexe wissenschaftliche Informationen in zugänglicher Form durch Vorträge, Foren und Informationsplattformen.
• Auf die Kluft zwischen Gesellschaft und Regierungen: Die Bewegung arbeitet aktiv mit internationalen Organisationen, darunter den Vereinten Nationen, sowie mit kulturellen und religiösen Zentren und Regierungen zusammen. Sie präsentiert ihre Forschungsergebnisse und Empfehlungen für die Aufnahme in die weltweite Agenda.
• Auf unzureichende Geschwindigkeit und Koordination: ALLATRA baut interkulturelle und interreligiöse Brücken und schafft damit eine Grundlage für einen kollektiven Willen und ein koordiniertes Handeln angesichts einer gemeinsamen Bedrohung.

ALLATRA ist strategische Bereicherung für die Menschheit in aktueller Zeit der Polykrise. Das ist eine ganzheitliche, umfassende und praktische Antwort der Gesellschaft auf die Frage: „Wie können wir unsere gemeinsame Zukunft bewahren?“

Deshalb sehe ich es heute als meine vorrangige Aufgabe an, die wahre Bedeutung und außergewöhnliche Relevanz dieses Phänomens zu vermitteln. Es ist von entscheidender Wichtigkeit, nicht nur das Wesentliche der Tätigkeit  von ALLATRA zu verstehen, sondern auch die Gründe, warum ihre Rolle gerade in diesem historischen Moment so aktuell geworden ist.

Ich lade Sie nun ein, diese Bewegung mit den Augen eines Humanisten und Analytikers zu betrachten. Sehen Sie sie als eine aufrichtige und kraftvolle Antwort der weltweiten Zivilgesellschaft auf unsere gemeinsame existentielle Herausforderung. Dies ist die Manifestation eines erwachenden globalen Gewissens, das Sorge um die Zukunft äußert und Handlungsbereitschaft zeigt. Und unsere Pflicht als verantwortungsbewusste Menschen ist es, diesen Ruf nicht zu ignorieren, sondern ihn zu erhören, zu verstehen und zu unterstützen, damit wir künftigen Generationen eine Welt hinterlassen, die lebenswert und wohlhabend ist.

Was ist ALLATRA? Das Wesen und die Einzigartigkeit der Bewegung

Mein ganzes Leben lang habe ich Initiativen unterstützt, die Dialog und gegenseitiges Verständnis fördern. Deshalb ging ich, als ich auf die Internationale Gesellschaftliche Bewegung ALLATRA traf, die dieses Ziel in einem bisher präzedenzlosen weltweiten Umfang verfolgt, an das Kennenlernen der Bewegung unvoreingenommen heran - als Analytiker und Humanist. Was ich entdeckte, erfüllte mich mit tiefem Optimismus.

Ich sah einen lebendigen, atmenden, selbstorganisierenden Organismus – eine weltweite Gemeinschaft von Freiwilligen aus über 180 Ländern. Sie sind nicht nur durch gemeinsame Werte verbunden, sondern vor allem durch ein klares Verständnis des wahren Ausmaßes der Bedrohungen, mit denen die Menschheit heute konfrontiert wird, und unserer gemeinsamen, kollektiven Verantwortung für die Zukunft.

ALLATRA ist eine offene, dynamische Plattform, die auf den Prinzipien der Gleichheit und horizontalen Zusammenarbeit basiert. Ihr zentrales Ziel ist es, präzise, objektive und zeitnahe Diagnostik der klimatischen, geodynamischen und ökologischen Herausforderungen zu erstellen und die Suche nach Lösungen auf ein grundlegend qualitativ neues Niveau zu bringen.

Im Kern des Ansatzes von ALLATRA stehen verifizierte wissenschaftliche Daten, grundlegende menschliche Werte und ein offener internationaler Dialog, in dem jede Stimme zählt und niemand ein Monopol auf die Wahrheit beansprucht.

Die Teilnehmenden stellen mutig die wesentliche Frage: Bei so komplexen Herausforderungen, die klimatische, geodynamische, ökologische und soziale Dimensionen umfassen, müssen wir der „Diagnosestellung“ größere Aufmerksamkeit schenken, denn davon hängt die Lösung ab, die wir suchen. Gerade in der Vielfalt der Hypothesen und der sorgfältigen Diskussion liegt die Chance, das Schicksal des Planeten zu verändern. Daraus ergibt sich die breit gefächerte Tätigkeit der Bewegung – von der Identifizierung der Natur multidimensionaler Krisen über die gemeinsame Suche nach Lösungen bis hin zur Vermittlung des Wesens des Problems auf allen Ebenen: von lokalen Gemeinschaften bis hin zu den Vereinten Nationen.

Meiner Ansicht nach hat es bisher weder in wissenschaftlichen Kreisen noch in der Öffentlichkeit eine hinreichend umfassende und fundierte Beschreibung des Phänomens der Bewegung ALLATRA im Kontext der globalen Wissenschaft und Weltgeschichte gegeben. Ich halte es für wichtig, diese Lücke zu schließen und  erlaube  mir, einen besonnenen, aber aufrichtigen Versuch zu unternehmen, das Wesen dieser einzigartigen Bewegung zu reflektieren und zu formulieren. Dies ist vor allem notwendig, um die positive Rolle, die die Bewegung ALLATRA  im gesellschaftlichen Leben und in der Entwicklung der internationalen bürgerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit bereits spielt, besser zu verstehen.

Wissenschaftliche Klassifizierung: Zwei Dimensionen des Phänomens

Aus der Perspektive der modernen Soziologie kann ALLATRA am genauesten als eine weltweite neue gesellschaftliche Bewegung gemischten Typs klassifiziert werden. Sie vereint Merkmale von Klima-, Umwelt-, Menschenrechts- und futurologischen Bewegungen  und fungiert auf der Basis bürgerschaftlicher Selbstorganisation und einer wissenschaftlichen Agenda.

Für ein tieferes Verständnis ist es hilfreich, die von den amerikanischen Soziologinnen Margaret Keck und Kathryn Sikkink vorgeschlagene Klassifikation anzuwenden. In der Perspektive des von ihnen vorgeschlagenen Ansatzes stellt die internationale Bewegung ALLATRA eine Kombination aus zwei Schlüsseltypen von Gemeinschaften: einem  transnationalen Netzwerk für Interessenvertretung und einer epistemischen Gemeinschaft.

ALLATRA weist die Merkmale eines  transnationalen Netzwerks für Interessenvertretung auf, da sie ein nachhaltiges, horizontal organisiertes Netzwerk darstellt, das eine breite Palette von Teilnehmern umfasst: NGOs, Wissenschaftler, Journalisten, Menschenrechtsaktivisten und viele andere, die ehrenamtlich tätig sind. Sie sind verbunden durch:

• Einen gemeinsamen Fokus und gemeinsame Werte: globale Risiken und humanistische Prinzipien.
• Ziele der Zusammenarbeit, die nationale Grenzen überschreiten:
  • Förderung einer bedeutungsvollen Agenda (Klima, Geodynamik, Ökologie) auf internationaler Ebene,
  • Aufbau von Kommunikationskanälen zur Verbreitung von Informationen, die für persönliche, nationale und globale Sicherheit von entscheidender Bedeutung sind,
  • Überwindung von Fragmentierung durch das Engagement für ein gemeinsames Ziel – das Überleben und Wohlergehen der Menschheit.

Gleichzeitig erfüllt ALLATRA konsequent die typologischen Merkmale einer epistemischen Gemeinschaft. Das zeigt sich in:

• ihrer Struktur: Ein internationales Netzwerk von Experten und Wissenschaftlern, vereint durch ein gemeinsames wissenschaftliches Paradigma, das globale klimatische und geodynamische Veränderungen mithilfe eines systemischen Ansatzes erklärt.
• ihrer Methodik: Die Tätigkeit der Bewegung basiert auf interdisziplinärer Synthese, offenen Daten und reproduzierbaren Analysemethoden, die vollständig mit internationalen Standards wissenschaftlicher Verifikation übereinstimmen.
• ihren Werten: Ein gemeinsamer Glaube an die Objektivität wissenschaftlicher Forschung und ihre entscheidende Rolle bei der Findung eines Auswegs aus der Krise.

Die Kraft der Integration

In dieser einzigartigen Integration – dem transnationalen Netzwerk für Interessenvertretung und der epistemischen Gemeinschaft – liegt die außergewöhnliche Stärke der Bewegung ALLATRA. ALLATRA spricht nicht einfach nur über Probleme (wie ein Interessenvertretungsnetzwerk) und untersucht sie nicht bloß (wie eine epistemische Gemeinschaft). Sie macht beides gleichzeitig:

• generiert und integriert das Wissen (epistemische Dimension),
• verwandelt dieses Wissen in konkrete Handlungen und gestaltet die Agenda (die Dimension der Interessenvertretung),
• verbindet Wissenschaft, Zivilgesellschaft und Regierungsinstitutionen durch horizontale Netzwerke und offenen Dialog.

Diese Synthese ermöglicht es ALLATRA, die wichtige Rolle zu erfüllen, die ich zu Beginn beschrieben habe: die praktische Antwort der Gesellschaft auf die systemischen Lücken in unserer Wahrnehmung und Reaktion auf die globale Polykrise zu sein. ALLATRA ist nicht bloß eine Bewegung – sie ist ein Modell globaler bürgerschaftlicher wissenschaftlicher Kooperation und Handlung, das für das Überleben der Menschheit und nachhaltige Entwicklung im 21. Jahrhundert unverzichtbar ist.

Organisationsmodell der Bewegung und ihre Ziele

Die wichtigsten Merkmale der Bewegung ALLATRA aus der Perspektive ihrer Organisations- und Funktionsweise offenbaren ihre einzigartige Natur. 

Die Hauptprinzipien ihres Funktionierens sind wie folgt:

Dezentralisierung ist ein fundamentales Prinzip. Das Fehlen eines einzigen Leitungszentrums wird durch die große Eigeninitiative der Freiwilligen ausgeglichen, die sich selbst organisieren und regionale Koordinierungszentren bilden. Diese Zentren dienen als Plattformen zum Austausch von Ideen, zur Weitergabe fortschrittlicher Erfahrungen und zur Förderung sowohl lokaler als auch internationaler Zusammenarbeit und zeigen ein effektives Modell der Selbstorganisation der Zivilgesellschaft im digitalen Zeitalter.

Freiwilligenarbeit und finanzielle Unabhängigkeit sind die treibenden Kräfte der Bewegung. Zahlreiche hochmotivierte ehrenamtliche Helfer: Wissenschaftler, Journalisten, Menschenrechtsverteidiger, Ärzte, Ingenieure, Diplomaten bringen freiwillig ihre Zeit und fachliche Fertigkeiten in die Aktivitäten der Bewegung ein. Sie initiieren und stellen die Ressourcen für eine Vielzahl von Projekten eigenständig bereit, die auf eine umfassende öffentliche Aufklärung und die Entwicklung wirksamer, systemischer Lösungen für die dringendsten und komplexesten globalen Krisen ausgerichtet sind, die die Zukunft der gesamten Menschheit bedrohen.

Es ist wichtig anzumerken, dass ALLATRA vollständig finanziell unabhängig ist. Sie erhält keine Mittel von Regierungen, Unternehmen oder anderen Institutionen und bewahrt dabei eine tadellos gesetzestreue und demokratische Haltung.

Offenheit ist ein weiteres prägendes Merkmal von ALLATRA. Die Bewegung vereint Menschen verschiedener Berufe, Nationalitäten und Glaubensrichtungen, einschließlich Atheisten. Diese Offenheit ist möglich, weil die Tätigkeit der Bewegung auf zwei universellen Grundlagen beruht: der Unerlässlichkeit des höchsten Wertes des menschlichen Lebens sowie dem Engagement für wissenschaftliches Wissen. Dadurch wird die Mission von ALLATRA klar und für sehr viele Menschen verständlich, unabhängig von ihrer Weltanschauung.

Transparenz ist eines der Kernprinzipien der Bewegung, das konsequent durch Ehrlichkeit und Verantwortlichkeit gegenüber der Gesellschaft aufrechterhalten wird. Die wissenschaftliche Arbeit des internationalen Forschungsteams der Bewegung basiert auf interdisziplinärer Analyse und überprüfbaren Daten, deren Ergebnisse öffentlich zugänglich sind. Alle Informationen über die Aktivitäten der Bewegung sind für die Allgemeinheit zugänglich, und ihre Teilnehmer fördern aktiv offenen Dialog, interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und konstruktives Engagement auf allen Ebenen: von lokal bis international.

Die Ziele der Bewegung sind in einer klar formulierten Leitidee festgehalten, die aus drei miteinander verbundenen Teilen besteht.

• Wissenschaftlicher Teil: „Die Ursachen der globalen klimatischen, geodynamischen und ökologischen Herausforderungen gründlich zu untersuchen und die Suche nach Wegen zu ihrer Überwindung einzuleiten.“
• Kommunikativer Teil: „Die internationale Gemeinschaft über das Ausmaß der Krise zu informieren und Bedingungen für die Konsolidierung des internationalen wissenschaftlichen Potenzials zu schaffen.“
• Sozialer Teil: „Der globalen Gemeinschaft zu helfen, Fragmentierung zu überwinden, indem die Idee des Wertes des menschlichen Lebens sowie die Bedeutung internationaler Verständigung und interreligiösen Dialogs gefördert werden.“

Diese Ziele werden durch die aktive Tätigkeit von Freiwilligen in vier Schlüsselbereichen verwirklicht: informationellen, sozial-bildenden, institutionellen und im Forschungsbereich.  

Beispiele für diese Aktivitäten werde ich später ausführlich erläutern.

Wenn man über die vorrangigen Tätigkeitsbereiche der Bewegung ALLATRA spricht, sind drei Hauptbereiche hervorzuheben:

1. Klima und Geodynamik.
   Dieser Bereich umfasst ein breites Spektrum von Themen im Zusammenhang mit nachhaltiger Entwicklung: die Erforschung von klimatischen und geodynamischen Bedrohungen, die Analyse ihrer Ursachen, Risikobewertung und Strategieentwicklung.
2. Ökologie und Gesundheitsrisiken.
   Dieser Bereich konzentriert sich auf die Erforschung der Umweltgefahren und der Auswirkungen anthropogener Faktoren auf die Umwelt und die Gesundheit der Menschen, insbesondere die Erforschung von Mikro- und Nanoplastik sowie deren schädlicher Einwirkung auf die Biosphäre und die physiologischen Prozesse im Organismus des Menschen.
3. Menschenrechtsaktivitäten und Stärkung des gegenseitigen Verständnisses in der Gesellschaft.
   Dieser Tätigkeitsbereich der Bewegung umfasst Bemühungen, soziale Uneinigkeit zu überwinden, den interethnischen und interreligiösen Dialog zu fördern und grundlegende Menschenrechte zu schützen.

Ein einzigartiges Merkmal der Bewegung ALLATRA ist ihre Fähigkeit, gleichzeitig auf allen Ebenen zu agieren: von lokalen Freiwilligeninitiativen bis hin zum direkten Dialog mit wichtigen internationalen und nationalen Institutionen. Vertreter der Bewegung sprechen bei UN-Expertentagungen, nehmen an Diskussionen in Ministerien und Parlamenten teil und pflegen einen ethischen Austausch mit den Führenden der Weltreligionen, einschließlich Treffen mit dem Papst im Vatikan.

Eine bedeutende Anerkennung dieser Arbeit kam vom Heiligen Stuhl, der die Bewegung zweimal gesegnet hat. Im Jahr 2024 erhielt die Bewegung ALLATRA den Segen von Papst Franziskus, und im Jahr 2025 gewährte Papst Leo XIV. der Präsidentin der Bewegung, Marina Ovtsynova sowie ihren engsten Gleichgesinnten einen persönlichen apostolischen Segen. Diese Segnungen unterstrichen die Übereinstimmung der humanitären und bildungspolitischen Arbeit von ALLATRA mit den Werten, die in der Enzyklika Laudato Si’ dargelegt sind, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Umweltverantwortung, Solidarität und Fürsorge für zukünftige Generationen.

Das Ausmaß und die Tiefe des Engagements von Freiwilligen aus mehr als 180 Ländern ermöglichen es, ALLATRA nicht nur als Bewegung zu betrachten, sondern als ein seltenes zeitgenössisches Beispiel für ein effektives Modell aktiven globalen bürgerschaftlichen Engagements. Menschen aus unterschiedlichsten Berufsgruppen setzen sich freiwillig und mit außergewöhnlicher Hingabe für Projekte ein, die darauf ausgerichtet sind, das Bewusstsein zu schärfen, die Kräfte zu bündeln und Lösungen zu finden, um eine sicherere und nachhaltigere Zukunft für die Menschheit zu gewährleisten.

Und es kommt natürlich die Frage auf: Was ist die Motivation der ALLATRA-Freiwilligen? Warum tun sie das?

Es wäre naiv und kontraproduktiv anzunehmen, dass Tausende gebildeter, erfolgreicher und rational denkender Menschen auf der ganzen Welt ihre Zeit, ihr Geld und ihre Ressourcen aus blindem Glauben oder ideologischem Fanatismus investieren. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen bürgerschaftlichen Initiativen, die auf Emotionen, Protest oder Ideologie setzen, hat ALLATRA einen anderen, weitaus komplexeren und grundlegenden Weg gewählt. Das wichtigste Werkzeug der Freiwilligen der Bewegung ist Wissen. Nicht Glauben, nicht Ideologie, sondern exaktes, überprüfbares, interdisziplinäres wissenschaftliches Wissen.

Die Grundlage der Bewegung ist wissenschaftliches Wissen

Die Entstehung der Bewegung ALLATRA ist untrennbar mit der Arbeit einer unabhängigen, interdisziplinären Gruppe von Wissenschaftlern verbunden. Bereits Mitte der 1990er Jahre brachten sie Experten aus den Bereichen Kernphysik, Astrophysik, Kosmologie, Geologie, Geophysik, theoretische Mathematik, Biologie des Alterns, Gerontologie und klinischer Medizin zusammen. Ihre innovative, integrative Vorgehensweise ermöglichte es, die paradigmatische Blindheit zu überwinden – jene Isolation wissenschaftlicher Disziplinen, die eine ganzheitliche Betrachtung der Geschehnisse verhinderte.

Schon Mitte der 1990er Jahre erkannten diese hochqualifizierten Experten eine grundlegende Einschränkung der modernen Wissenschaft – ihre epistemische Fragmentierung. Das Wesen dieses Problems besteht darin, dass verschiedene Disziplinen ihre eigenen Sprachen, Methoden und Standards haben, was zu einem Verlust der epistemischen Verbindung zwischen ihnen führt. Infolgedessen haben wir statt eines ganzheitlichen wissenschaftlichen Feldes verstreute Cluster und getrennte Gemeinschaften. Wir leben in einer Welt, in der die Menschen nicht nur in ihren Meinungen, sondern auch in ihrem grundlegenden Weltbild immer weiter auseinanderdriften, was kollektives Wissen und Diskussionen zunehmend erschwert.

Stellen Sie sich Folgendes vor:

• Ein Nischenspezialist, der die anomale Beschleunigung der Drift des magnetischen Pols untersucht, veröffentlicht einen Artikel in einer fachspezifischen Zeitschrift.
• Ein Onkologe, der einen unerklärlichen Anstieg von Krebsfällen bei Kindern erforscht, präsentiert Daten auf einer hochspezialisierten medizinischen Konferenz.
• Ein Ozeanograph, der die anomale Erwärmung der tiefen Wasserschichten dokumentiert, die durch atmosphärische Erwärmung nicht erklärt werden kann, teilt seine Ergebnisse mit Fachkollegen.
• Ein Seismologe, der einen starken Anstieg der Tiefbeben registriert, beobachtet nur lokale geologische Aktivitäten.

Jeder sieht nur einen isolierten Ausschnitt eines riesengroßen Puzzles. Ihre Daten werden nicht gegenübergestellt; sie nehmen den alarmierenden Trend nicht wahr.

Genau diese Fragmentierung entschied die Gruppe von Wissenschaftlern, die am Ursprung von ALLATRA stand, zu überwinden, indem sie einen grundlegend neuen Ansatz für Wissen und Forschung entwickelte. Dieser Ansatz basiert auf der Integration und Durchdringung von Disziplinen, dem Verfolgen von Korrelationen zwischen Daten aus verschiedenen Fachgebieten, um ein vollständiges Bild zu erstellen. Die Umsetzung eines solchen Ansatzes wurde möglich, weil die Gruppe von Anfang an aus Vertretern verschiedener wissenschaftlicher Disziplinen bestand, die durch ein gemeinsames Ziel vereint waren – objektives wissenschaftliches Wissen zu nutzen, um die multidimensionalen Ursachen von Krisen zu erkennen und praktische Lösungen zu entwickeln.

Dank dieses Ansatzes konnten die hochqualifizierten Wissenschaftler, die am Ursprung von ALLATRA standen, eine Aufgabe übernehmen, die bisher niemand in einem so umfassenden und globalen Maßstab angegangen hat. Es gelang ihnen, die verstreuten Fragmente des wissenschaftlichen Bildes zu einem Ganzen zusammenzuführen, wodurch eine umfassende und ganzheitliche Betrachtung der wichtigsten Krisen möglich wurde und somit die paradigmatische Blindheit überwunden wurde.

Das internationale wissenschaftliche Team von ALLATRA, das führende Experten der Erdwissenschaften, Ozeanologie, Astrophysik, verwandter Disziplinen und der Medizin umfasst, führte eine umfassende interdisziplinäre Analyse der gesamten klimatischen und geodynamischen Situation auf dem Planeten durch.

Eine der wichtigsten Errungenschaften des Teams war die Entwicklung einer einheitlichen, kohärenten Theorie zur Erklärung der Zunahme planetarer Naturkatastrophen. Diese Theorie bietet ein tiefgehendes, multifaktorielles Modell, das auf der Synthese von Daten basiert, die die Wissenschaft zuvor isoliert betrachtet hatte.

Erlauben Sie mir, kurz die Essenz dieses Modells und den neuen Ansatz der wissenschaftlichen Gemeinschaft von ALLATRA darzulegen.

Interdisziplinärer Ansatz und das Klimamodell von ALLATRA

Derzeitige Klimamodelle erfassen trotz erheblicher Fortschritte nicht alle Schlüsselfaktoren, die globale Klimaprozesse beeinflussen. Die Einzigartigkeit des von der internationalen wissenschaftlichen Gemeinschaft ALLATRA entwickelten Modells liegt in seinem systemischen, integrativen Ansatz. Dieser Ansatz erweitert das Analysefeld grundlegend und ergänzt traditionelle Szenarien durch die Analyse von kritisch wichtigen, aber oft übersehenen Komponenten: geodynamischer Aktivität, astronomischen Faktoren sowie dem kombinierten Einfluss von Mikro- und Nanoplastik.

Unter Verwendung offener Daten führender Quellen — NASA, NOAA, USGS, Universitäten und Forschungszentren sowie Satellitenbilder, Geo-Sensoren und gravimetrischer Stationen, wandte das wissenschaftliche Team eine Methode der systemischen, interdisziplinären Synthese an und baute Brücken zwischen den Disziplinen. Das Bild, das aus dieser immensen intellektuellen Arbeit entstand, erwies sich als sowohl alarmierend in seiner Unvermeidlichkeit als auch ermutigend, da es eine neue Schicht möglicher Ursachen und folglich neue Lösungsansätze für klimatische, geodynamische und ökologische Herausforderungen offen legte. 

Vor allem prognostizierte das Modell der ALLATRA-Wissenschaftler die exponentielle Natur von klimatischen und geodynamischen Veränderungen. Es zeigte, dass die Prozesse der synchronen und kaskadenartigen Verstärkung von Naturkatastrophen sich nicht linear entwickeln werden, sowohl in Bezug auf die Häufigkeit als auch auf die  Intensität, sondern exponentiell. Das bedeutet, dass die Bedingungen auf dem Planeten in absehbarer Zukunft mit der Existenz komplexer biologischer Lebensformen, einschließlich des Menschen, unvereinbar werden könnten.

Diese Prognose erhält mittlerweile unumstrittene empirische Bestätigung. Die Dynamik der klimatischen und geodynamischen Katastrophen in den letzten Jahren hat sich genau gemäß der Prognose entwickelt. Ein Paradebeispiel sind die abnormal hohen globalen Temperaturen in den Jahren 2023, 2024 und 2025, die die in weit verbreiteten Klimaszenarien erwarteten Werte bei Weitem überstiegen (Szenarien, die solche Spitzen für die kommenden Jahrzehnte nicht vorausgesehen hatten). Darüber hinaus zeigt sich dieser exponentielle Anstieg nicht nur in Temperaturanomalien, sondern auch im beispiellosen Ausmaß von Überschwemmungen und Hurrikanen sowie in einer deutlichen Zunahme sowohl der Stärke als auch der Häufigkeit seismischer Aktivität.

Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt des Modells ist das Phänomen  der Synchronizität und der Kaskadenartigkeit der Katastrophen. Während traditionelle Ansätze Ereignisse oft isoliert betrachten, konnte das Modell von ALLATRA methodisch nachweisen, dass die Eskalation von Klimaereignissen keine Reihe von isolierten Ereignissen ist. Vielmehr handelt es sich um miteinander verbundene Prozesse, die sich in verschiedenen Regionen der Welt gleichzeitig gegenseitig verstärken. Dieser Kaskadeneffekt vervielfacht das Zerstörungspotential jedes einzelnen Ereignisses.

Eine der alarmierendsten geodynamischen Bedrohungen, die in den Forschungen von ALLATRA identifiziert wurden, ist die Situation mit dem Sibirischen Magmaplume. Durch eine multifaktorielle Analyse stellten die Wissenschaftler fest, dass das Magmavolumen unter dem Sibirischen Kraton weiterhin exponentiell zunimmt. Dies deutet darauf hin, dass der Plume in eine kritische Phase geodynamischer Aktivität eintritt. Laut wissenschaftlichen Schätzungen könnte sein potenzieller Ausbruch ein katastrophales Ereignis planetarischen Ausmaßes auslösen, dessen Folgen mit der gleichzeitigen Eruption mehrerer Supervulkane vergleichbar wären. Dies könnte zu katastrophalen Emissionen von Treibhausgasen und Asche führen, die zu einem plötzlichen und anhaltenden Kälteeinbruch (einem „vulkanischen Winter“) führen könnten, mit unvorhersehbaren klimatischen Folgen.

Nach der Entdeckung dieser Bedrohung schlug das wissenschaftliche Team von ALLATRA eine gut begründete, wissenschaftlich validierte Antwort mit praktischer Bedeutung für die Gewährleistung der globalen Sicherheit vor. Konkret handelt es sich dabei um das Konzept einer kontrollierten, geplanten Entgasung – eine präventive technische Maßnahme, die bei rechtzeitiger Anwendung die Risiken der Entwicklung eines katastrophalen Szenarios erheblich mindern kann. Leider herrscht in dem Gebiet, in dem die Bedrohung durch den Sibirische Magmaplume konzentriert ist, eine ausgeprägte institutionelle Trägheit und eine mangelnde Bereitschaft, wissenschaftlich fundierte Warnungen wahrzunehmen. 

Statt eines konstruktiven Dialogs und der Prüfung der vorgeschlagenen präventiven Maßnahme – einer geplanten Entgasung – ist eine besorgniserregende Tendenz zur Verfolgung der Initiatoren dieses Ansatzes zu beobachten, was aus globaler Sicherheits-Perspektive ernsthafte Bedenken hervorruft.

Ich werde später auf dieses Thema zurückkommen, möchte an dieser Stelle jedoch festhalten, dass das von den ALLATRA-Wissenschaftlern entwickelte Modell in einer Reihe analytischer Berichte vorgestellt wurde, die die Eskalation planetarer Katastrophen und die damit verbundenen Risiken erläutern. Dazu gehören die Berichte „ÜBER DIE PROGRESSION DER NATURKATASTROPHEN AUF DER ERDE UND IHRE VERHEERENDEN FOLGEN”  sowie „ÜBER DEN DROHENDEN DURCHBRUCH DES MAGMAPLUMES IN SIBIRIEN SOWIE ÜBER DIE LÖSUNGSWEGE FÜR DIESES PROBLEM”.

Ein ebenso alarmierender Aspekt, der in den wissenschaftlichen Untersuchungen von ALLATRA gründlich analysiert wurde, ist die großflächige Umweltverschmutzung durch Mikro- und Nanoplastik.

Einerseits zeigen die Forschungen deren systemische Auswirkungen auf das Klima auf. Mikroplastik stört die thermoregulatorische Funktion der Ozeane und trägt somit zu deren Überhitzung bei. Nanoplastik in der Atmosphäre beeinträchtigt das thermische Gleichgewicht und verstärkt extreme Wetterereignisse: von rekordverdächtigen Starkregenfällen und ungewöhnlich großem Hagel bis hin zu lang anhaltenden Dürren.

Andererseits hat die fundamentale interdisziplinäre Forschung der wissenschaftlichen Kerngruppe von ALLATRA eine einzigartige physikalisch-chemische Eigenschaft von Nanoplastik festgestellt – seine Fähigkeit, über längere Zeit die elektrostatische Ladung zu akkumulieren  und aufrecht zu erhalten.

Von besonderer Bedeutung ist die Tatsache, dass die Wissenschaftler von ALLATRA bereits lange vor Beginn der systematischen Studien zur Oberflächenladung von Nanoplastik, die erst nach 2010 in akademischen Kreisen erschienen, auf dieses Phänomen aufmerksam geworden sind.

Schon vor rund 20 Jahren erkannte diese Wissenschaftlergruppe, dass gerade diese Eigenschaft von Nanoplastik es ihm ermöglicht, biologische Barrieren zu durchdringen und in menschliche Zellen einzudringen, einschließlich Neuronen und Keimzellen und dabei deren natürliche Prozesse zu stören. Die Folgen einer solchen Einwirkung sind systemisch und kumulativ: kognitive Beeinträchtigungen, reproduktive Dysfunktionen, Zunahme chronischer Erkrankungen, darunter Krebs, Autoimmunerkrankungen und neurodegenerative Erkrankungen. Am alarmierendsten ist ein kumulatives evolutionäres Risiko, das das langfristige Überleben der Menschheit gefährdet.

Der neue Bericht „Nanoplastik in der Biosphäre. Von molekularer Einwirkung zu planetarer Krise“, der von ALLATRA in Zusammenarbeit mit der Katholischen Universität San Pablo in Bolivien und dem internationalen Projekt Kreative Gesellschaft erstellt wurde, ist ein monumentales Werk. Er liefert die bisher umfassendste Übersicht aller bestehenden Forschungen zu den Schäden durch Nanoplastik, deren einzigartiger elektrochemischer Natur und untersucht zudem mögliche Wege zur Neutralisierung der damit verbundenen Bedrohung.

Dank seines unabhängigen, interdisziplinären und analytisch fundierten Ansatzes weist das ALLATRA-Modell einen hohen prädiktiven Wert auf. Es ermöglichte es, rechtzeitig und in vollem Umfang zu erkennen, dass das Ausmaß der globalen Bedrohungen – sei es die beschleunigte klimatische und geodynamische Instabilität oder die stark unterschätzte Gefahr durch Nanoplastikverschmutzung – die derzeitigen Vorstellungen, die auf fragmentierten Modellen beruhen, erheblich übersteigt.

Auf diese Weise leistet die Bewegung einen bedeutenden Beitrag zur Wissenschaft, indem sie zusätzliche, bisher unberücksichtigte Faktoren identifiziert, die der gegenwärtigen Polykrise zugrunde liegen.

Ich kann nur feststellen, dass die Bewusstheit für eine solch beunruhigende Realität die Entwicklung präventiver, koordinierter und wissenschaftlich fundierter Maßnahmen auf internationaler Ebene besonders dringend macht. Nur solche Maßnahmen, die auf tiefgreifendem interdisziplinärem Verständnis und globaler Solidarität beruhen, können eine Eskalation der Krisenszenarien verhindern und eine nachhaltige Zukunft der Menschheit auf unserem Planeten sichern.

Deshalb stellt die wissenschaftliche Kerngruppe der Bewegung, während sie ihre unabhängige interdisziplinäre Forschung fortsetzt – Ursachen und Lösungen für klimatische und geodynamische Krisen identifiziert und analytische Berichte veröffentlicht –, durch das weltweite Netzwerk von Freiwilligen sicher, dass alle Ebenen der Gesellschaft, von lokalen Gemeinschaften bis hin zu globalen politischen Plattformen, über die unterschätzte Tiefe und das Ausmaß der klimatischen, geodynamischen und ökologischen Bedrohungen informiert werden. Dabei lenken sie die Aufmerksamkeit auf die nicht berücksichtigten Faktoren ihrer Eskalation und die Notwendigkeit dringender, umfassender internationaler Maßnahmen.

Motivation of ALLATRA Volunteers

In light of what has been said, the motivation of ALLATRA movement's volunteers becomes crystal clear. Their active volunteer work is not the result of abstract, idealistic beliefs, but a rationally understood and ethically grounded imperative to act.

When a person gains access to verified scientific knowledge about an imminent existential threat and simultaneously sees that actions taken at the international level are failing to produce the desired effective results, they feel an irresistible moral duty to act through their own efforts.

The actions of ALLATRA participants are not just activism; they are an emergency measure to inform society in the context of an escalating polycrisis. Their activity is driven by a fundamental humanistic principle: the unconditional value of human life.

For this reason, the information-spreading activities of ALLATRA volunteers are a manifestation of a moral duty to care for the Earth's future and an epistemic responsibility. This responsibility entails not only possessing scientific knowledge, but also the obligation to convey it effectively at all levels—from local communities to global institutions—so that informed and timely decisions can be made on its basis, since well-considered and effective decisions can only be made when based on complete information.

This is why ALLATRA participants believe it is essential for the call to comprehensive dialogue to be voiced in multiple arenas: on social media, where public opinion is shaped; in the halls of the United Nations, where international decisions are forged; in the White House, where strategic decisions are made; and in the Vatican, a key global center that shapes the moral compass of universal humanistic and spiritual values.

The movement’s participants act within the paradigm of responsible citizenship, understanding that informing the international community is a key factor in building strategic resilience and securing a prosperous future for all humanity.

When one possesses scientific information on which the lives of billions of people depend, and witnesses the absence of corresponding measures at the global level, the necessity to act becomes the only rational and moral response. This is exactly the true source of the ALLATRA volunteers’ selflessness. Their motivation is not blind faith. It is a responsibility—a responsibility born of scientific knowledge.

From Knowledge to Action — Building Bridges

As someone who has dedicated his life to practical work in strengthening peace, I have always judged ideas by their fruits. In studying the work of the ALLATRA movement's volunteers, I see how its deep understanding of the crisis is transformed into concrete, well-considered, and practical actions at every level.

It's an objective fact that traditional mechanisms of scientific communication and decision-making, despite their undeniable value, are challenged by the operational speed and interdisciplinary complexity of today’s global problems. The procedures for peer review, consensus-building, and institutional implementation simply cannot keep pace with the exponential growth of threats. It is like trying to put out a forest fire while still debating who will bring the water.

Under these conditions, the movement’s participants have chosen a strategy of direct scientific diplomacy and public education. This involves:

• presenting complex research directly to the public and to decision-makers, in a format that is adapted yet scientifically accurate;
• actively engaging expert volunteers to ensure the widest possible public awareness and to facilitate dialogue;
• building direct bridges between science, politics, religion, culture, and civil society.

The work of ALLATRA’s volunteers aims to foster a broader and more rapid scientific dialogue, raise scientific literacy across all levels of society, and consolidate the efforts of civil society, scientists, diplomats, and international institutions to find viable solutions grounded in cutting-edge scientific data and moral responsibility toward future generations.

As mentioned earlier, the volunteers’ activities span four interconnected areas: informational, socio-educational, institutional, and research. Let us now take a closer look at the substance and outcomes of ALLATRA’s work in each of these areas.

1. Informational Sphere: Citizen Journalism and Education in the Digital Space

In the online space, the movement operates as a global platform for citizen journalism and scientific education. This work aims to create an information environment that presents a complete picture of planetary changes and can be described as a form of epistemic activism, that is, knowledge activism. Participants consistently inform the public about climate and geodynamic processes, foster the development of scientific dialogue, and organize large-scale international online forums (in partnership with the Creative Society project) that are translated into 150 languages worldwide.

To raise scientific literacy and awareness among a broad audience, the movement’s volunteers produce diverse content—ranging from documentaries and social videos to entertainment and blogger formats. All these avenues—media projects, digital initiatives, and forums—logically flow from the primary goal: to inform the international community about the scale and nature of existential threats so as to prompt a swifter international response to them.

A clear example of the movement’s work in the informational sphere is the flagship project ALLATRA TV—a citizen journalism platform operating in more than 30 languages. Here, volunteers produce multimedia materials that cover the dynamics of global climate change and geophysical processes, including eyewitness accounts, expert interviews with climate specialists, and analytical reviews. The content spans a wide range of topics—from popular science and interdisciplinary education to human potential, sociocultural resilience, and moral development in the context of global turbulence.

In this context, informational outreach serves as a preventive security measure. In a world filled with misinformation, propaganda, and panic-inducing rumors, ALLATRA develops and promotes a coherent system for understanding ongoing climate, geodynamic, and environmental processes based on scientific analysis and logic. This goes beyond mere informing—it's a powerful tool for reducing public anxiety and panic and for directing public potential toward constructive action.

2. Socio-Educational Sphere: Local Initiatives and Community Building

At the local level, the ALLATRA movement’s activities are embodied in concrete civic initiatives that translate global problems into tangible actions. Organizing clean-up events, hosting seminars, and holding public lectures on climate change, geodynamic processes, and the threat of nanoplastic contamination all contribute to raising public awareness. As a result of such educational outreach, people come to understand that the roots of crises run much deeper; instead of blaming the government or doubting scientists, they begin to recognize the necessity of personal responsibility and collective effort to overcome these challenges. In this way, social capital is built—networks of trust and mutual assistance within local communities.

A vivid example of such localization of the global agenda is the “Clean Up Atlanta” campaign (April 20, 2024, Piedmont Park, Georgia, USA), organized by the movement’s volunteers in partnership with Clean Up Atlanta, ATL Now, Atlanta Metro Alliance, and ACT International Consulting. Participants not only cleaned the area but also carried out educational outreach among park visitors, informing them about the hidden threat nanoplastics pose to human health and ecosystems. This initiative stands as a model of how the global agenda can effectively engage citizens in practical action, strengthening social solidarity and creating networks of trust and mutual assistance—the foundation of resilience in any society.

In parallel, at a global level, educational projects, lectures, and seminars that ALLATRA participants organize worldwide in collaboration with universities form the living fabric of a global civil society.

In this context, ALLATRA is not merely a movement, but a self-organizing value- and information-based environment that helps shape a constructive international agenda for finding solutions through open dialogue.

Among the significant initiatives aimed at raising awareness of global climate risks in 2024–2025 is the participation of Anastasia Pashigreeva, Ph.D., in Chemistry and a participant of ALLATRA IPM, in a number of international events. At the International Roundtable on “Flood and Inundation Prevention” (Almaty, Kazakhstan), she presented a scientific perspective on climate processes, with special emphasis on ALLATRA’s analytical report On the Progression of Climate Disasters on Earth and Their Catastrophic Consequences. This same report, presented by her at a scientific session in the House of Scientists (Haifa, Israel), sparked lively interest and active discussion within the international academic community.

In addition, ALLATRA volunteers took part in the 5th International Forum on Autism (Casablanca, Morocco), where they organized a screening of ALLATRA’s documentary A Trap for Humanity about the threat of plastic pollution. An essential step in the global dialogue was cooperation with Bay Atlantic University and the Global Policy Institute (GPI), where a joint interdisciplinary event was held focusing on the interconnection between natural disasters, micro- and nanoplastic pollution, and the rise of chronic diseases.

Recognizing that climate and geodynamic threats are the main national security challenge of the 21st century, the movement’s participants organized a four-day seminar for the high command of Bolivia's Ministry of Civil Defense and Armed Forces. Here, ALLATRA experts performed a unique function as a key "linking pin": they translated complex scientific data on climate and geodynamics into a language understood by strategists—the language of risks, threats, and preventive measures to protect the civilian population. This, in turn, enables responsible institutions to take timely and well-founded measures for civilian protection.

This is precisely ALLATRA’s unique role. In today’s world, where science, politics, and society often exist in parallel realities, the movement acts as both translator and a linking pin:

• When ALLATRA experts conduct a seminar for Bolivia’s Ministry of Defense, they make science practically useful for decision-makers by translating it into the language of national security.
• Through films, articles, and lectures, the movement makes scientific knowledge accessible and understandable to the general public. For example, the issue of nanoplastic ceases to be an abstraction when people see its direct connection to the health of their families and future generations.

As a result of such efforts by ALLATRA’s volunteers, the international community gains timely access to objective information about the scale and nature of current threats. This contributes to the formation of a more informed global agenda and, consequently, makes the search for solutions significantly more realistic and achievable.

3. Institutional Sphere: Civil Diplomacy and International Engagement

At the institutional level, the ALLATRA movement performs the crucial function of a "boundary spanner,"—connecting social spheres that are often isolated in modern society: science, politics, religion, and civic activism.

This work is carried out through active civil diplomacy: the movement’s participants interact with international organizations, political elites, and moral authorities. Their activities take place both “in the offices” and on the sidelines of key global platforms—such as the United Nations and Capitol Hill in the United States—as well as through dialogue with leading global institutions. Among the movement’s partners are the Bolivian Catholic University of San Pablo, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and Bay Atlantic University in the United States. A significant event was the presentation of reports at the leading annual conference of the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) in Israel.

ALLATRA volunteers are regular participants at key global venues. They actively took part in the 29th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) in Baku, where they presented scientific data on geodynamics and nanoplastics, and held a series of working meetings to strengthen global cooperation. Their voice was also heard at COP16 in Riyadh, COP16 in Colombia, and at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) meeting in New York in February 2025, where ALLATRA President Maryna Ovtsynova conveyed a consolidated position on the true scale of climate, geodynamic, and environmental risks to high-ranking diplomats.

A landmark event was the 2024 meeting of ALLATRA’s President with Pope Francis in the Vatican. During a private audience, Maryna Ovtsynova presented His Holiness with ALLATRA’s report On the Progression of Climatic Disasters on Earth and Their Catastrophic Consequences.

Of particular significance was the audience held as part of the International Conference of the Centesimus Annus Pro Pontifice (“CAPP”) Foundation, organized by the Secretariat of State of the Holy See in May 2025. During this meeting, the President of ALLATRA presented the report Nanoplastics in the Biosphere: From Molecular Impact to Planetary Crisis to the Vatican’s Secretary of State, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, and delivered a letter of gratitude from the movement’s volunteers. Cardinal Parolin expressed his support for ALLATRA’s efforts and emphasized the importance of the movement’s mission in the global context.

By raising issues of climate, geodynamic, and environmental threats in dialogue with the Vatican, ALLATRA moves this discussion beyond the realm of political and economic interests—into the domain of universal humanistic values and moral duty.

Thus, the work of ALLATRA volunteers represents civil diplomacy in its purest and most effective form. They create a “soft power” that complements official diplomacy. This is a new kind of diplomacy—responsible, scientifically grounded, and driven solely by concern for humanity's future. It is diplomacy of responsibility—the fulfillment of a moral duty to inform those on whom the fate of the world depends.

4. Research Sphere: Interdisciplinary Approach and Risk Analysis

As I have already mentioned, at the heart of the movement’s research activity is a unique integrative approach developed by the ALLATRA group of scientists. This approach makes it possible to anticipate risks of various kinds in advance and to develop methods for addressing them. It was this team that, more than 20 years ago, first recognized the critical threat of the Siberian magma plume and proposed scientific approaches for managing its degassing. This same team also became a pioneer in identifying the destructive potential of nanoplastic long before the global scientific community began studying the problem.

Alongside this core group of scientists, the research work also involves the broader ALLATRA volunteer community. This includes collecting primary information on the ground, engaging with eyewitnesses, conducting field analysis, and carrying out interdisciplinary data correlation. This work—performed by people from a wide variety of professions—adds multidimensionality and flexibility to the research process. Thanks to such synergy, an analytical body of data is formed that covers aspects often overlooked even by leading universities and research centers.

The absence of institutional bias and the openness to an interdisciplinary approach make it possible to identify patterns and recognize connections that remain hidden within rigid paradigms. This approach fosters a synthesis of knowledge that is both in demand and practically applicable across many fields. The movement’s role here is catalytic: it creates a global platform and the tools that enable humanity to find solutions together.

The concrete results and unique value of ALLATRA’s approach are evident in its key analytical developments:

• Predictive value of models: Based on interdisciplinary data synthesis, models have been developed that accurately predicted the exponential increase in climatic and geodynamic disasters—predictions now confirmed by current observations.
• Analytical value in the field of ecology: In-depth research into the properties of nanoplastic has revealed its unique physico-chemical characteristic—its ability to accumulate and retain an electrostatic charge for extended periods. This has made it possible to explain the mechanisms of its penetration into biological cells and the systemic consequences for human health and ecosystems, laying the foundation for understanding how to address this threat.
• Analysis of geodynamic risks: A comprehensive assessment of data on the Siberian magma plume has made it possible to forecast the critical phase of its activity and its potential planetary-scale consequences, as well as to propose a solution in the form of degassing.

This is only a small part of ALLATRA’s research results, which are available for public review in a series of analytical reports on the movement’s official website. By studying them, anyone can gain a complete, scientifically verified understanding of the causes and scale of geodynamic, climatic, and environmental crises.

Thus, relying exclusively on verifiable data, empirical observations, and interdisciplinary analysis, ALLATRA makes a significant contribution to shaping an objective scientific picture. This approach is inspiring a noticeable shift within the global scientific community toward interdisciplinarity, integrative analysis, and convergent forms of research.

A new scientific ethic is emerging—an ethic of epistemological responsibility, where the priority is not the preservation of the academic status quo but the pursuit of practical solutions to protect life, the climate, and a sustainable future. It is precisely in this context that the high humanitarian and strategic value of the example set by ALLATRA becomes evident: science, returning to its true foundations, once again becomes, first and foremost, a tool for protecting life and the future of human civilization.

Human Rights Work and Efforts to Overcome Division

An awareness of the depth of the systemic crisis and the importance of resilient public institutions motivates participants of the ALLATRA International Public Movement to actively defend fundamental democratic values. Without a reliable legal framework and respect for human rights and freedoms, it is impossible to build a solid foundation for sustainable and just responses to global challenges.

In an era of growing polarization, the movement serves as a catalyst for global solidarity, consistently promoting the ideals of intercultural and interfaith dialogue as the basis for joint responses to the challenges of our time. ALLATRA actively defends freedom of speech and access to information—fundamental conditions for healthy and sustainable development—which align with the goals of the United Nations and help strengthen the global civil society.

This human rights work takes concrete form through targeted engagement at the highest international levels. In meetings with representatives of the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) and the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships, the movement's president presented analytical reports on the persecution of ALLATRA participants initiated by Russian anti-cult structures, which pose a threat to international security.

The significance of this engagement lies in drawing the attention of U.S. federal agencies to the systematic violations of human rights and freedoms by anti-cult structures, which hinder the dissemination of scientific research, suppress freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and undermine the democratic rights of citizens. ALLATRA’s contribution consists of providing numerous clear and documented facts about the destructive role of the anti-cult network—evidence that could form the basis for consideration in U.S. Congressional hearings.

By internationalizing this issue, the movement’s participants highlight the urgent need to put an end to the activities of destructive anti-cult networks that systematically erode fundamental freedoms. Of particular concern is the demobilizing role these networks play in the face of escalating global catastrophes. Their actions suppress public agency and obstruct the dissemination of vital information needed to make timely and effective decisions. In raising this issue, ALLATRA’s actions play an essential role in safeguarding international information security and strengthening the resilience of democratic societies in the face of shared threats.

Reasons for the Persecution of the Movement and Campaigns to Discredit It

Regrettably, the ALLATRA movement's work faces organized opposition from certain Russian structures. For over a decade, the movement has been subjected to a targeted discrediting campaign, the key source of which is the Russian Association of Centers for Religious and Sect Studies (RACIRS), led by Alexander Dvorkin. This organization initiated a large-scale information attack on the movement’s participants, leveraging its extensive networks of influence within the media and law enforcement agencies.

The motivation behind this opposition lies in the desire of certain circles within the Russian authorities to restrict the dissemination of information about the threat of the Siberian magma plume, which poses a high risk of eruption with catastrophic consequences for the entire planet. Expanding access to this information creates risks for specific Russian entities tied to resource allocation and power, as acknowledging the threat would bring not only reputational damage but also personal financial losses for them.

As a result, these forces launched a deliberate campaign of dehumanization against ALLATRA, culminating in the movement being declared an “undesirable organization” in Russia in 2023 and subsequently labeled “extremist” in June 2025. These decisions represent both a legal and logical absurdity with respect to an international movement that has received an Apostolic Blessing of the Pope and enjoys high levels of trust on the international stage.

Such actions demonstrate the substitution of public interest for private gain, when the decision to ban the activities of an entire international movement is made to serve the interests of a narrow group of individuals. This vividly illustrates the absence of democratic institutions capable of resisting such arbitrariness in Russia. The spread of narratives defaming the movement beyond Russia’s borders—narratives crafted according to RACIRS templates —should be seen as part of a cognitive war waged by the dictatorship against democratic values, where private interests are set in opposition to the well-being of humanity and international initiatives aimed at protecting people and the planet.

Historical context allows for a deeper understanding of the nature of this confrontation. Resistance to scientific facts recalls the rejection of Copernicus’s heliocentric model, when opposition to his findings arose not from a lack of evidence, but because his discovery threatened the status and influence of those who benefited from the old paradigm. Both then and now, the motives of the “persecutors” remain pragmatic: fear of losing control, resources, and status, reinforced by corporate interests.

A similar logic explains the insufficient international response to the threat of nanoplastic—a subject that ALLATRA participants actively raise in the public arena. Despite the growing number of scientific publications on the destructive properties of nanoplastic, the scale of its harm remains underestimated due to perceptual inertia. Threats that cannot be seen with the naked eye are often perceived as abstract. Recall how Ignaz Semmelweis’s discovery of hand disinfection, which drastically reduced maternal mortality, was rejected by the medical community precisely because bacteria could not be seen with the naked eye—much like modern nanoplastic. Yet its invisibility does nothing to diminish its danger.

Modern scientists possess compelling evidence of the real threat posed by nanoplastic. Just as the recognition of microbes once marked a breakthrough for medicine, today, scientific integrity and epistemic responsibility are required to respond adequately to this new challenge.

These historical parallels underscore a central humanistic imperative: the value of human life and the survival of civilization must prevail over the protection of corporate interests, political careers, or scientific reputations.

In light of these challenges, ALLATRA’s defense of its right to operate is, in fact, a defense of the fundamental rights of all civil society: the freedom to openly discuss global problems, the right of independent scientific communities to conduct research free from interference, and the right of people to self-determination in matters of survival and the future. In this sense, ALLATRA stands as a steadfast defender of democratic freedoms, countering destructive encroachments upon the very foundations of the civilized world.

The Strategic Value of ALLATRA at the Global and Individual Level

In conclusion, I would like to consistently formulate the fundamental value of ALLATRA for our shared future. Its significance is revealed on two interconnected levels: the global and the individual.

Global Level

At the global level, the movement fulfills a unique role as humanity’s early warning system. While many governance structures, constrained by fragmentation and bureaucracy, remain incapable of adequately assessing existential risks, civil society—in the form of ALLATRA—has assumed this mission. It is the eyes and ears of humanity, seeing and hearing what is not being recognized within the framework of existing response mechanisms. The value of ALLATRA’s multidimensional work lies not only in diagnosis, but also in its unique, interdisciplinary, integrative approach, which has unprecedented predictive accuracy. 

Furthermore, the solutions developed by the movement—from neutralizing nanoplastic to controlled degassing—are concrete, actionable tools that can be integrated into international strategies to prevent ecological and geodynamic catastrophes.

The risk analyses presented by ALLATRA’s scientific community enable informed decision-making at the international level to protect populations and infrastructure while shaping strategies aimed at ensuring global and regional security.

At the same time, ALLATRA effectively serves as a “boundary spanner” between worlds that are in urgent need of one another—science, politics, religion, and society. Its representatives translate complex scientific data into the language of concrete risks to national security, into the language of humanitarian duty, and into the language of personal responsibility for each individual. They speak with members of Congress in the language of national security, with the military in the language of civil defense, and with physicians in the language of epidemiology.

Thus, the engagement of ALLATRA participants with global institutions is not lobbying, but rather a rational system of emergency civic response to an existential crisis. This activity serves as a practical model for overcoming the information blockade artificially imposed by destructive forces, and for conveying underestimated, yet critically important, knowledge to decision-makers, enabling the prompt development of appropriate measures to address the modern existential challenge.

Individual Level

At the individual level, ALLATRA offers what is most lacking in today’s anxious world: meaning, hope, and a tool for action.

• It offers a clear, logical, and scientifically grounded worldview that frees people from the paralyzing fear of the unknown and of chaos.
• It provides hope by showing that solutions exist, that they are achievable, and that they are in our own hands—in overcoming division and fostering international dialogue.
• And it gives concrete, practical tools that allow every person, regardless of profession, age, or place of residence, to make a real contribution to the common cause of confronting global challenges.

As a result, at the individual and global levels, ALLATRA helps people overcome learned helplessness. It facilitates a shift from passive anxiety to active engagement; and loneliness gives way to a sense of belonging to the global community and to practical participation in solving worldwide problems.

ALLATRA helps people realize the profound value and significance of their own lives. It gives them a practical understanding that they are not merely subjects of survival, but a crucial, meaningful, and integral part of society and of the world as a whole.

This is the unique value of ALLATRA. It is not merely a movement. It is a scientifically grounded path to the survival of civilization, where the action of each participant is a building block in the foundation of our common future.

I am deeply convinced that ALLATRA is living proof that the unification of people on the basis of knowledge and fundamental human values is not a utopia, but a practical necessity. Yes, the movement's research was truly ahead of its time, and our task is to use this head start as a gift, before it is too late.

Closing Address and Call for Cooperation, Dialogue, and Protection

Esteemed colleagues, ladies and gentlemen, friends, we have come to a moment of truth. We can continue to ignore the alarming signals, hide behind familiar paradigms, and watch as our world descends into chaos. Or we can demonstrate collective wisdom, courage, and strategic foresight.

I urge you to see ALLATRA as an invaluable gift to humanity. Today, we are dealing with a global community of highly motivated, competent citizens who are already selflessly performing functions vital to society:

First, they are a unique early warning system. Their research identifies existential risks ahead of time, providing the critical lead necessary to save lives.

Second, they are an informal diplomatic platform. Volunteers build dialogue where it has been broken and connect those who must be connected to make decisions. In an era of polarization, such bridges between science, politics, and civil society are invaluable.

Third, they are a catalyst for societal resilience. The activities of ALLATRA participants strengthen the fabric of the global community, enhancing our collective ability to withstand future shocks.

We continue to spend trillions on armaments and on remedying the consequences of disasters, while right beside us operates a unique movement offering concrete, viable solutions. Sadly, its potential remains underestimated. We fail to recognize the magnitude of the value that the ALLATRA initiative already represents—and could represent in the future.

That is why my statement today aims to draw your attention to the true nature of this movement. It is essential to take a broader view and recognize both the contribution already made and the possibilities that open before us through deeper engagement.

If we do not begin addressing existential challenges now, soon there may be no one left to wage wars or to deal with the consequences of catastrophes that threaten the very existence of life on Earth. The time has come to listen to those who are offering a path to preserving our common future.

Therefore, I am convinced that supporting ALLATRA’s work today is the most reasonable and profitable investment in crisis prevention. This is not about money, but about cooperation, dialogue, and protection.

And I call for active collaboration at all levels.

Strengthening the Voice and Status in International Structures

The ALLATRA movement has already demonstrated its value through engagement with various institutions. However, its voice needs to be strengthened and officially recognized at the highest platforms. I call for the movement to be granted observer and expert status in key UN bodies and relevant international forums. This will enhance its ability to convey critically important information to the international community directly to decision-makers and will contribute to strengthening the global security ecosystem.

Interdisciplinary Research:

I propose initiating interdisciplinary collaboration at the international level for an in-depth analysis of the scientific data and forecasts presented by ALLATRA researchers. Such collaboration could create the conditions for integrating the most promising developments into international crisis-response practice.

Protection:

I call for safeguarding the participants of the ALLATRA movement from politically motivated persecution. In places where democracy is suppressed and tyranny flourishes, their work to save lives becomes an act of courage that demands our solidarity.

To ignore the phenomenon of ALLATRA is to display strategic blindness. To oppose it is to wage war against humanity's very immune system, which is desperately trying to heal itself. The only rational and responsible path forward is cooperation and dialogue.

Throughout my life, I have believed in the power of dialogue. Today, I urge you to engage in the most critical dialogue in our history—the dialogue on survival. In the ALLATRA movement, humanity itself is extending a hand to us. Will we answer this call?

In today’s world, where every word and action matters, I feel a responsibility not to stand on the sidelines. It is my moral duty to join the activities of the ALLATRA movement—a community of caring, rational, and principled people united by a shared sense of responsibility for the fate of humanity and a commitment to protect it.

It is a great honor for me to become an honorary representative of the ALLATRA movement and to help this sincere and timely voice of society’s conscience be heard.

I am convinced that humanity’s future does not depend on how tightly we cling to old, obsolete dogmas—those dry, barren branches on the tree of life that no longer bear fruit. We must instead nurture the young shoots. Our future hinges on how quickly we learn to see, value, and sustain new, living sprouts of hope. And ALLATRA International Public Movement is, without a doubt, one of the most promising among them.

The participants of ALLATRA are the vanguard of the global civil society. These are people who do not wait for someone else to take action. They have assumed responsibility for our shared future, and with their professional expertise and personal time, they are building bridges where others are erecting walls.

I'm appealing to all thoughtful and responsible people: do not stand aside when the future of our families, our descendants, and all humanity is at stake. Today, more than ever, we need those ready to act for the common good.

The time for passive observation has ended. The era of hoping that someone else will solve our problems is gone forever. Today, the very history of humankind poses a question to us: will it continue, or will it cease because of our inaction, heartlessness, and inhumanity? The answer to that question lies in the heart of each one of us.

When you possess verified scientific knowledge of an impending threat and see that there is no adequate response at the international level, what does your heart tell you? If it urges you to take the side of humanity’s future, then—guided by your sense of responsibility and the means at your disposal—support the ALLATRA International Public Movement, this noble initiative that gives hope for a worthy future for our children and grandchildren!

We are living in an unprecedented time, when each of us, to the best of our abilities, has the chance to contribute to our shared future. This is a time that demands we not remain on the sidelines, for the fate of humanity depends on the participation of every person.

It is crucial to understand that sound reason and a sober, unbiased view of unfolding events and growing common threats require engagement. To stand aside is to betray the future of our own descendants. No sane person has the right to ignore the reality we have already entered. Otherwise, we risk depriving the very people for whom we live and work of a future.

I appeal to everyone who has both heart and mind: do not remain indifferent to my words. Take whatever meaningful action is within your power—large or small—for the sake of your children and grandchildren. Do not deprive them of their future.

If your heart loves and cares for your descendants, do not remain indifferent to their fate. Support the ALLATRA International Public Movement and its initiatives—they offer the chance for survival and flourishing for all humanity.

And I address, in particular, the scientific community and decision-makers, urging them to recognize the fact that today the ALLATRA movement holds key value not only as a platform for international dialogue, but, first and foremost, as a generator of scientific initiatives that have been significantly ahead of their time. Let me remind you that two decades ago, the movement’s research core identified the destructive nature of nanoplastic, detected the exponential growth of climatic disasters, outlined the critical threat posed by the Siberian magma plume—proposing a mechanism for controlled degassing—and provided a well-substantiated demonstration of the systemic nature of the polycrisis driven by the interplay of geodynamic, climatic, and environmental factors. And today, the existing scientific paradigm is only beginning to approach these very same conclusions.

For example, it was only in the 2010s that publications began to appear in the academic community examining the surface charge of nanoplastic and its potential hazards. Meanwhile, ALLATRA scientists had long before drawn attention to these specific properties and had raised the issue of possible methods for neutralizing them, with the aim of increasing their environmental and biological safety.

A decade of ignoring ALLATRA’s research and forecasts represents an unprecedented loss of opportunity for preventive action—one that has only deepened the crises we face today.

That is why I now call for action: to acknowledge the high relevance and practical applicability of ALLATRA’s research, and to create the conditions for its integration into the international scientific discourse. The era of academic rivalry must give way to an era of collaboration in the face of existential threats.

I address decision-makers directly, urging them to abandon the practice of suppressing scientific initiatives and recognize that, in today’s world, there are intellectual forces capable of moving ahead of entrenched scientific paradigms. The research and solutions proposed by ALLATRA are not a matter of competition but a tool for the survival of civilization—one that must be supported within both national and international strategies.

History will judge us not by our titles, but by our ability to hear those who are ahead of their time. ALLATRA’s achievements are not grounds for confrontation, but a foundation for the future—one that must be received with gratitude. The future demands from us not only intellect but also the courage to acknowledge the value of scientific knowledge, even when it comes from an unexpected source.

Do not let pride drown out the voice of reason—such a path endangers all of humanity. Today, we truly stand before the most dangerous threat in human history. In this moment, I appeal to you to support the course of history so that it continues rather than being cut short by the misuse of power for inaction. Act as creators for the sake of our shared future.

We must remember that the future is not predetermined. It is we—through our reason and our hearts—who define it.
