Nanoplastics and Society: An Interview with Professor Antonio Ragusa

As part of the conference "Nanoplastics: Hidden Connections and Emerging Risks," which took place at the European Parliament in Brussels and was organized with the support of Member of the European Parliament Ondřej Knotek in cooperation with the ALLATRA Global Research Center (AGRC), an interview was conducted with Professor Antonio Ragusa, MD, Italy, who was one of the conference's distinguished speakers.

Professor Ragusa emphasized that it is very important that knowledge about microplastics and nanoplastics does not remain confined to scientists' offices, but is also accessible to politicians, journalists, and the wider public. He highlighted the importance of such initiatives in raising awareness and drawing the attention of both policymakers and society to this issue.
