ALLATRA ITALY at the Cultural Forum “Integration Festival — Meeting of Two Worlds” in Milan
Milan, Italy. On October 31, 2025, in Milan, the heart of Europe, in the historic hall Alessi at Palazzo Marino — the seat of the Milan City Hall, a cultural forum “Integration Festival — Meeting of Two Worlds” was held. It became the main event of the Integration Festival and of the international campaign “Milano siamo noi” (“Milan Is Us”) and was attended by representatives of ALLATRA Italy Public Movement.

The forum brought together diplomats, public activists, artists, representatives of international organizations and cultural communities from all continents. The inspiring atmosphere of mutual understanding and cooperation turned the meeting into a significant platform for dialogue between nations and cultural creation.

The event was hosted by Héctor Villanueva (Peru), public activist and founder of Expo dei Popoli, delle Culture e della Solidarietà, and recognized international cultural promoter. In his speech, he emphasized that integration is not just a right, but also a moral duty and an act of responsibility towards future generations. He noted that Milan, which ranks second worldwide after New York City in terms of the number of consulates, is currently an active center of social and cultural evolution, where memory and innovation, traditions and the future intertwine.
A welcoming speech was delivered by Dr. Diana Alessandra De Marchi, Chairman of the Commission for Equal Opportunities and Civil Rights of the Milan Municipality, who emphasized that diversity is the foundation of democracy and the driving force of contemporary society.
Among honored guests of the forum was Dr. Juan Carlos Castrillón, Consul General of Ecuador in Milan and President of the Latin American and Caribbean Consular Group in Northern Italy, Fabio Maurizio Cerri, Chairman of the Vivi Down Association, as well as representatives of many cultural organizations whose initiatives embody ideas of solidarity, humanism, and dialogue.

The forum was attended by ALLATRA International Public Movement whose values and humanistic mission — the establishment of a culture of peace, spiritual and moral development of personality, and strengthening human unity — are consistent with the forum goals.

Thanks to their work, a wide audience had an opportunity to experience the atmosphere of mutual respect, benevolence, and creative cooperation that prevailed at the meeting.
The event ended with a ceremony of awarding organizations and individuals who had made a significant contribution to the development of culture and human rights and strengthening of mutual understanding among nations.
The “Meeting of Two Worlds” wasn’t just a cultural event, but also a symbol of the emerging new humanism where culture and humaneness are becoming a common language worldwide.
Under the slogan “Milan Is Us,” the city reaffirmed its mission of a bridge between cultures, religions and generations, embodying the ideals of open dialogue, mutual respect, and unity of the global human family.
