The team ALLATRA ISRAEL participated in the meeting "Women in Business in Israel: From Theory to Practice", organized by the community CITY OF WOMEN. The event was held in Haifa and brought together active and driven participants from various fields — from entrepreneurship and innovation to social and environmental initiatives. The event was organized by Alla Onatyeva, entrepreneur, professional coach, and marketer, and Ekaterina Shaulov, entrepreneur and SMM expert.
As part of the event, representatives of ALLATRA ISRAEL engaged in meaningful discussions with attendees, addressing key contemporary challenges: environmental pollution by micro- and nanoplastics and its direct impact on human health, climate and geodynamic changes on the planet, business resilience, and the future of next generations.
Participants emphasized that these challenges cannot be viewed in isolation — they are closely interconnected and require a systematic approach. The dialogue highlighted that women, with their strong sense of social responsibility and practical mindset, play a key role in implementing environmentally and socially oriented solutions.
