Chicago, Illinois — May 31, 2026 — Volunteers of the ALLATRA Civic Platform attended CABXPO Chicago 2026, a global business expo that brought together entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders, and innovators from around the world. The event took place on May 30–31, 2026, in Chicago, Illinois.

CABXPO is an international business expo series dedicated to fostering cross-border collaboration, investment opportunities, and economic growth. Since 2024, CABXPO has successfully hosted events in Chicago, Tashkent, and Bishkek, creating a dynamic platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and international business development.

Following previous participation in CABXPO events, ALLATRA Civic Platform volunteers were invited to attend the 2026 CABXPO in Chicago. During the event, volunteers engaged with representatives from diverse industries, explored emerging scientific initiatives, and participated in discussions focused on innovation, development, and international cooperation. Volunteers also shared information about the report “Nanoplastics: A Systematic Risk Analysis for Human Health, Ecosystems, and the Environment” by the ALLATRA Global Research Center, highlighting key findings on environmental and public health considerations related to nanoplastic pollution.

The 2026 edition of CABXPO marked a significant expansion of the expo's global reach, bringing together participants from multiple countries and sectors. The event highlighted the importance of international partnerships and collaborative approaches to addressing economic and social challenges in an increasingly interconnected world.
